i got 337,000 miles on my 95.i got it with 314,000.i believe it had the original engine in that would have been fine if some idiot put antifreeze instead of water in it.ithad a crakedblock andtiming cover when i got it.
Just shy of 341,000, and runs awesome. I bought it at 254,000 and it was mostly original then. I currently put about 1200 miles a week on her, and plan to break 400,000 in about 14 months.
Maintenance is key, diesel or gasser. I sold my 91 Ranger 3.0 about 2 years ago. Original owner, and engine with 374,000 and running as good as the day I drove it off the dealers lot.
As of this week my truck has 340,700. My sig needs to be updated. Nothing touched internally until 335,000 miles when Bean rebuilt injectors and put in new glow plugs. (That may not be internal) Even has original tranny. My son has a 2000 with 190,000 on it.
I'm at 195,000 on my '96 and running great. Just think my wife will buy that it is worn out? NOT.. It's got way too much power to be worn out.and she knows it.....
