How Big of a lift do I have?

Am and admitted noob to the lifted truck scene.

Saw this truck at a local dealership and had to have it.

What Im wondering is if anyone can estimate the amount of lift I have on it?
The tires are 44 X 18.5 X 16.5rim super swamper TSLs. The lift is by donahoe racing and it has a 3" body lift aswell.

As you can see it clears the 44s with ease which leads me to believe its the 12.5" suspension lift from Donahoe but Im starting to think it might be larger than that. Is there another add-on to the Donahoe style lift that would give it another 3" or so?


And secondly is there any way I can easily get another 3" or so out of it? Id really like to have the same clearance to upgrade to 49s when these 44s wear out.

well if you already have the body lift and hangers the only way to get anymore lift is through new springs. The truck already has the cut out flares and depending on how much flexing you wanna do those 49's should fit.
