House electrical troubleshooting?

Make sure all your 3 ways work in all the positions form every side, if not let me know and I'll tell ya what to change.

OK--I made sure that the black/white/red wires were in the same relative postitions on both switches but I'll try and see if they both work to power on/off the fixture.
