and how much you wanna bet there is some lawyer out there who went to his bedside to get him as a client because the guard rail 'contributed' to the accident?

i'd love to see pics of the bridge piers after the crash.

near the nuke plant in AZ you can see about 12 foot up the point of impact on a center bridge support (paint and rubber marks ),, it probably went just like that ,, I always wondered how it was possible
