oh, and as far as the poll...it happens occasionally!! but usually only when I am running late, and taking the kids to school,
or we have an early volleyball game and running late as usually, then its balls to the wall, 100-110 no problemo! of course
since we are in a hurry, I tell them not to mess with the seatbelts...waste of time...just hang on to the seat in front of you and stop whining...

In my truck I drive real close to the speed limit or 2000 RPM which ever comes first.
In the Buick its 2 MPH under the speed limit and in the hammer lane.

Usually only about 5 mph over the speed limit, only up to 100 when chasing the ambulance long story. Try to keep it reasonable for a dumb college boy like myself. Actually new highway speed is 2000 rpms.

My truck has a zf5 and 4.10 gears, I don't think I can go 100 without pushing the RPMs to a place I'd not like to see them go.
