Was surprised, after removing the (factory?) plastic bedrails to see ~20 holes in each rail. I'm gonna have a spray-in bedliner installed, what do most people do with the rails? Put the factory caps back on?

I left the factory caps on and just had the liner sprayed only inside the box....

Dang - don't know what happened to my post this morning....
but here goes again....
SINCE you have them off, you might try :
1) painting now with the new high bonding paints or
2) talk to a bed liner installer - many will paint facia and air dams with great results....
