High pitch rattle at interstate speeds

I said shiny spots, but sometimes (often) you can't see where things could be touching.. crawling around under the truck. It's surprising how much an engine can "Torque Over".. with a given load on it.

You might try loosening all the exhaust clamps (don't take any off) and let the whole set-up Relax... then drive a wedge or 2, here'n there.. to move things a tad.. where clearances are shaky (tight).. tighten everything back up.. give it a test drive ?

I've used a BFH.. to adjust/put the heat shield(s)... where want & need them to be.

Broken hanger somewhere ? worn out/split hanger bushing ?

It doesnt rattle at idle even when you rev it up. I'm really leaning away from exhaust but maybe. I was leaning more for the turbo being stuck.
