ok i parked my truck the opther night came out in the morning now i have a mysterious fuel leak looks like it is coming from a vent but cannot find anything anyone have any ideas

Need more info. Vent ? What Vent? where?

ok comes off the passenger side of the block in the front

Sounds like the Fuel Filter Bowl, Water drain valve. From the Front: it's on the back of the fuel filter housing, yellow colored. you could try open it/closing it acouple of times to see if it stops leaking but... tho O rings are prolly shot. Ford sells a rebuild kit or you could try and match the O rings needed.
