HELP!!!!!!! STILL HAVE VIBRATION

Okay, brought the drive shaft to a driveline shop and they don't see anything wrong. They said the hanger bearing is like new and the diveshaft is not out of balance. Four new tires, three new u-joints, new torque converter. Now remember from previous posts that you can fill it from about 35-50mph witjout a load and with my utility trailer from about 20-55 mph. What else can it be? I am on the verge of trading it in just to get rid of the problem. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks for the help in advance.

Tires out of round or out of balance? You can check if they are out of round by jacking up one of the tires and spinning it. The out of balance will require a tire shop to check it.

Was wondering about the history. Did it always have it? When did it begin? What size tires? Is it worse under accelaration or just when cruising. Is it in the steering, the chassis, etc?

FWIW: I have had issues with people not seating the rim on the lugs properly and it acting like I had a bad tire. One way to check it is to rotate the tires and see if the vibaration moves or changes. I also jacked up my X and checked the lugnuts to see if they were tight. The last time I did it, I put the rim on the X and snugged up the lugs tight as I could, lowered it to finish. Tightened them as tight as I could get them. Then for fun,I jacked it back up and re-tighted the lugs. Some were not nearly as tight as when I had it on the ground. Don't have a reason. I would also have the tires re-checked for proper balance, they have a hard time balancing big tires. This is a far shot, but I would also look on the backside of the rims for any large mud or debrise that may cause the tire to be out of balance.

besides that I would check motor mounts, tranny mounts, bushings, etc underneath it.

Shim the carrier bearing where it bolts to the frame.
Did my 97 CC and fixed it right up.
