Help reducing clacking noise under hood

Any super duty can benefit from a regulated return fuel system. Throttle response is WAY better and some report up to 2 mpg gain. I think I gained maybe 1 mpg. It's not just a mod for the HP hungry, it will make your engine more efficient.
