HELP! No start!

I don't like to use all caps but the truck will not start. Engine cranks fine, batteries less than a year old, no tach signal, no wait to start light, no output voltage on GPR(truck in in garage with a real hot fire in the woodstove, and I used an override tool on the GPR with no luck), no output voltage on intake heater relay, and no voltage to fuel pump. My first guess is CPS and I am headed out to replace it. Any ideas if it is not the problem? Thanks,

Well, it's not the CPS. Also, the fuel pump does operate when supplied with 12vdc.

Check the fuses. Might be a shorted out fuel heater.

The truck is not getting fuel. The pump does not come on at all. There also is no SES light. Just dead. I am starting to think it is a PCM. I have unplugged the chip and still nothing.

When the fuel heater shorts out it blows the fuse that runs the PCM. Check the fuses under the hood and under the dash...

All fuses are good. I have traced everything and it all leads to the PCM. The wait to start light and the SES do not even come on when keyed on. I have no control power to the GPR and Heater relays. Anyone know how to get a PCM fast?

Unless one of our members has a spare laying around (that codes out to fit your rig) on the shelf you best bet may be to contact DP Tuner and see if they can red express one to you.
