I just read 98s original post. I have to say it appears the truck was mis-diagnosed the minute it went into the shop. A seasoned diesel tech worth his salt has a pretty good idea what to and not to look at when someone has a concern much like what 98s, To many techs out there in the dealers throw parts at them and when it does'nt fix them,they try to ''back pedal'' out of the job and do what should have been done in the first place. DIAGNOSE the customers concern. Ok i'm over it,just needed to vent. Was the truck ever fixed? i am curious as to what the end result was.
