Four inch exhaust. This relieves the back pressure as the hot exhaust gasses leave the engine, allowing to to breath better.

Doh!!!
makes sense
4 in ex = 4" exhaust

just not familiar with the truck-type jargon

does this improve mpg?
Or just longevity?

Any detriment to warranty?

no. if you go the 6.0 route and want to add a chip/programmer ect seems like 60ish hp gains are the limit for the stock head bolts. 7.3 of which I own 3 a 99 sc srw stick 2000 cc dually auto and a 2000 excursion, the thing I like about the 7.3 is it doesn't have all the polution crap! for as little as you will be using it, thats (7.3) where I would look, truck like that will last a long time and yes the torque converter is the weak link.

New questions

Ok,
I have decided to trade in the '08 BULLITT
and get a new '10 or '11 F-250.

Just drove both, this afternoon,
i like both better than the friend's '06, which I test drove for an hour, last week.
Main differences were that they were quieter and smoother.

However, . . .

Pricewise, I should go with the '10.

NEVERTHELESS, . . .

I LOVE the air conditioned seats in the '11
and am very curious about the B20 biodiesel compatibility, of the '11.

The salesman led me to believe that B20 would be about $1 less per gallon than regular diesel.
I just called ONE local station and they price out the same.

Any thoughts here?
If the fill-ups would really be ~$60/tank vs ~$90/tank; that would make waiting a month or two (to amass a bigger downpayment) for the 2011.

If b20 will usually be about the same price as regular diesel, . . .
Internet price on the '10 rules the day

help!!??

thx,
doc

Depends on how much you remember. I would have to say that you might be up the creek without a paddle. Didn't you file a police report at the scene. I would say that if you were pretty close on the description of the vehicle and you got enough of the plate# you may have a chance even though it might be a slim one.Am I reading this right, Was it a hit and run?
