Help Needed help dtc

i have 3 dtc codes po372 po281 po528 it says contrubution balance fault on #4&#7 cylender what is that ?

Checked out the WIKI articles at the top right of the screen? It list all but the po528 code. Guessing it has something to do with a sensor or oil flow at cylinder 7

Other guys on here could probably get you in a better direction
