Help - Diesel running rough

I have a 2000 X with the 7.3. Everything was fine today untill I got in and headed home. I staretd fine but not a lot of power when I tried to take off. Then I realized that it was running like a gasseer with a plug wire or two pulled off. It had two codes when I checked it P0478 and P1316.The CEL has been on for a while for the EBP sensor. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Either you have a UVC harnesses loose or burnt, wiring from IDM to VCs shorting or IDM problem.

Thanks, it was the clips. I did the fix Wednesday and Thursday.
