Had egr warranted,now starts slow cold and misses till warm.Won't start hot-cools off for 15 minutes ,then starts.Doesn't seem to be overheated.What the heck is going on? 2004 6.0-cranks great -just doesnt even try to fire after pulling 4000 lb boat 60 miles. sometimes starts and has hard time coming up to idle speed.37000 miles,transmission dumped out of warranty of course,40000 fuel lift pump,57000 egr valve.quickly becoming fix or repair daily truck!street driven and not that hard on it.have backup dodge with 350000 miles--thinking i should have got another.had 02 explorer-wife driven,transfer case and rear end replaced-02 f150 harley,rear end replaced-04 expedition wife driven-rear end again,now all these things on f350.trying to stay Ford Guy But getting second thoughts. ps- check out the stocks ford!!!! maybe you should focus on Quality Is Job 1!!!
