Hello eveyone! I live in SW Montana, and bought my truck new in 03. I am a contractor and use my truck for everything. It has been a great truck. It' getting up there in miles (200k), and it's starting to show some wear and tear.
It's basically stock, except for EGR delete and 4" exhaust. I also have the NAPA air filter box, that takes a big pleated filter instead of that stupid thing it came with.

dtsinc1. Don't sell the air filter short. It is good for 500 hp airflow. It is a pain in the ass to change though.

Thanks to everyone for the welcome. DaveBen, I didn't like the stock filter because you cannot inspect it and because it is rediculousy expensive. Where I live and work, I do a lot of dirt/gravel road driving, and like to inspect my filter regularly. No can do with a stock filter.
