Well, I'm happy! My son's depressed! Turned out to be a good day! 
Went home after finding out about the problem with the NFL channel, expecting to have to tell my son we won't be able to watch the game, lo and behold, I have the NFL channel, and even in HD!
Must have come with the new HD receiver and package. I know I did not have it before!
Was a very good game. GB's backup did a great job!
