headlights goin retarded

ok so when my headlight switch is put on auto and the headlights are on if anyone either driver or passenger touches their doorlock button my lights turn off for like 5 seconds or so. i dunno what causes it but it will freak the crap out of you if you dont exspect it. anyone else have the problem?

sounds like high resistence at a ground point, somewhere...

good luck finding it.. you'll need a DVOM and a wiring diagram

Mine is doing this. I have a 2002 ford f250 superduty and when I have my headlight switch set to auto to come on when it gets dark they will for awhile and then my headlights will turn off for no reason and the running lights will stay on. If I switch it to manual the headlights will stay on. Has anyone had this problem?
