headlight switch?

How do you remove the little black oval panel next to (left side) the steering wheel, that the headlight and dimmer switch are on?

Small flat-blade screwdriver ... pry it out gently from the bottom edge. It's held in place by some spring clips.

Best place to get a new one?? My knob is very wobbly and loose.

Does anybodies headlight switch light (Illuminate)? all of my other insturments/knobs are illuminated but the headlight switch is not?
