just use a cotter pin puller or angled needlenose pliers to pull the clips..
the "pod" falls out
replace the bulb
put it back together.

Step 1
open the hood

step 2
pull the wonder clips - there are two

note the shape of the pliers..these are vacuum hose pliers if you go looking for them..

step 3
remove these two screws and flip the marker/turn assembly out of the way (change those bulbs while you're in there.. 3157NA and 194NA)
note: use a magnetic screwdriver or you'll be saying bad words.

now, swing the pod out and down
turn the retainer ring to the right and slide it back up the wiring harness

pull the bulb out and press the lock clip down on the pigtail and throw the old bulb in the trash

this is why I had you pull the pod..
it's too tight between the header panel and the battery to get two hands in there...

put it back together, and don't forget to plug the wiring pigtail back in...
