Semper Fi & "Thank You," for your service to our country!
Marine in Viet Nam, Aug 66 - Tet Offensive 68, VMO-6 UH-1E door gunner that PTL, God spared!
May God richly bless you and the balance of our troops in harms way. You concentrate on the job at hand for you and while the home front heats-up; we'll cover your back from that egg sucking dog John 'Cut & Run' Kerry and his ilk. As we already know those types specialize in 'selling out' America.

I have the same truck as you one year newer, 2001. I've had it 3 months and it gets 12.8 MPG. Your Dual regulated fuel bypass Kit (Increase MPG
to 18.5!!! {City}) 24.5 highway intrigues me, please tell me more or steer to those who can with states side duty & more time.

Your Brother in Christ, Jim Culver [email protected]

It doesn't matter if you handed out Malaria Pills or called in close air support. The military has the jobs it needs to get the whole mission done. Laughter is the best medicine.:sweet

I appreciate the responses I have received. I thank you for your prayer and good wishes. I just want everyone to remember that our brothers in arms are out there this season. It is especially hard for them during these times. I volunteered for this trip, to allow someone to be home with their families. I spent last Christmas at home and want to return the favor. I would like to let you know, even though I fly, I am still in one of the most well known color air planes around the world. View attachment 406

I am not in harms way directly, I only carry the high vis, people around the world. If you do a google search for the C-40B you will get a few links that describe the plane pretty well. I hope that I haven't blew my horn to loud. Thanks for your blessings and good will.

Cheers, oh yeah it;s hunting season! Yall better get a criter for me. Man I am going to miss it. :cussing: Although, the job is worth the absence from the sport.:cowboy:

Thanks again all!

I wish they made those magnet that say "Thanks for your support" from an American Service member. I put three or four of them on my truck. I am extremely proud of our country's support for the American soldier. It brings a tear to my eye everytime I see Ol' glory standing tall and alone atop a staff silently rolling with the gentle breeze that the heavens reminds us that we are a mere existance in this world. Thank God I was born an American.

SDEric, Your words have never rang truer. Thanks for your service in defense of what we all believe in. If you happen to get to Kabul, Afghanistan, look me up. The Navy is alive and well in the middle of this great domain called Afghanistan. I'll be here a while longer. By the way, I found this great site for SD fans while stationed here, just a few days ago. It helps me to be just a little bit closer to home. Best of luck to you! :thumbs

Sounds like you how SOME idea of how many of us understand the gift and blessing of being in these United States and give thanks daily for the honorable service of our young warriors !!!

Even though the Orca's and Turncoat senators have their voice, it IS most definetly the best thing going !!!

I have a nephew in the Navy on his second tour - this time with a Marine Helicopter detachment....

Normally get emails from him, but haven't lately and pray for him daily.... I know he is VERY busy, but you have no idea the comfort we back home get when we hear from you lads !

Thank you !
and get the good word out to counteract some of the media bias !
