I just deleted my egr. i removed the intake and had it baked, used new gaskits and did everything right.. (so i think) well.. i have noticed that if i leave the truck on a slight incline and let it sit a day or so and then go to start it, it will start and die the crank a little and then start, kinda like i just changed my fuel filters.
is the fuel draining back to the take some how or something in that area or what elce could it be. thanks.

no codes and everything is hooked up right, i did have the lines off of the fuel filter housing. could they not be geting a good enough seal and pulling in air while nor running?

If you messed with the fuel lines, recheck then ALL. Make sure they are sealing properly and are tight. WHAT DO YOU DRIVE? Fill out your signature so we can help you better. Go to the USER CP in the TOP BLUE LINE and click on Edit Signature and tell us what you drive.

if you think there is a fuel issue, check fuel pressure. there is a test port on front of the fuel filter housing. if they(lines that you had off) are not sealed properly, you would think they should leak fuel....

i agree that they should leak. i keep checking them but no luck there. does the fuel system hold pressure over when its off or how does that work?
