I think a lot of us around here like having the freedom or right to carry a weapon as we see fit. Without getting into a political debate on the issue with those who think otherwise, I found this video on the subect.

I've seen this before, I wish they would replay it every week. maybe some of the people that think guns are bad would change there mind

You are incorrect sir.

Michgan allows concealed carry with a permit. I took the required class about 2 weeks ago. I will be filing the application within the next 2 to 3 weeks. I have no criminal history and thus no justifiable reason to be denied. Pending issue of my permit, I will be able to legally carry a concealed weapon within the state of Michigan as well as any other state that has reciprocity agreements with Michigan.

California is convoluted. In certain cities, like San Francisco, they do not honor other Counties cwp's.
I think Texas has the best gun laws... or lack of gun laws.

We will be "packing", because I would rather go to jail for using the gun to protect us than having our relatives go to our funerals.

Fer Maxtor but, Thanks TG, I printed it out and put it our "Good To Know Info" folder/binder in the 5r. We NEVER leave home without ours.

I looked into a CWP here but these Anti Everything types make it.. not worth the effort. I know a couple guys that have'm... any traffic stop becomes a [Felony] Traffic Stop*.

Can't blame the Police for that though.

That's why I can't wait to get back to Texas. In Texas, if some guys are robbing your NEIGHBORS house, you can run out there and pop them with your 12 gauge. I know this because it happened in Pasadina a few months ago. Of course there are some other aspects of the area that are working to defend his rights under the law. Some organization that, I don't agree with by the way, you refer to them by saying a letter of the alphabet three times in a row. My uncle says its kind of big there. Anyway, if I wasn't misinformed, he was ok to do what he did under the laws that were in place during the incident. Its just too bad that this organization is the only one that will stand up as much to back this guy up and not a group more respectable. No offense to anyone here who might be a member, not trying to pick a fight or nothin, just saying...

Ya know, Bling,I don't think he's doing too bad having that group back him. Nobody else will. Or has the nerve to. Or wants to be associated with the incident because of collateral damage inherent in getting involved. Truthfully, at this point in our history, people of color can rally and march and its accepted, if not expected. If you happen to have a group of white people do that, no matter what the group, its called racism. I know that sounds awful, but its pretty much true. Thats the current climate in this country right now. Just my .02
