the acetone should remove the black
however,
i used blue painters tape to protect the entire truck body paint , not the cheap blue stuff at HD, go to a real piant store, its pressure sensitive painting tape.
then mask off about ten layers of news paper followed by a plastic bag
then take a Qtip and plenty of clean cotton rags. and gently rub the paint off. then rinse with clean water when done, then remove all the paper and wash the truck real good around the area just in case.
my 02 took about 45 mins. haven t done the boss yet?
waiting for a while to see if i dont get new billet badges for birthday
yeah but should it just rub right off? cause mine i was doing with a q-tip and then i was rubbing with a washcloth and got nothing
