Are you talking about like flames, harley davidson, just saw one that was an American Flag. Me personally, I don't. Think its too air flow restrictive on the radiator and everything behind it.

HEY!!! I LIKE THAT!!! Doesn't go with his blackout theme....but thats probably the cleanest grille I've seen for our trucks.

And thats for a 2005 model Don't know what it would take to adapt those to our trucks. I've seen it done. I just made a post about what it would take to adapt one of those model grilles to ours. Dave said its not an easy thing to do. I saw a ready made kit for the regular 05-07 grilles for ur trucks though on ebay.

My truck is a '99 with an '05 grille conversion

I believe Nazty4X4 installed it. Or had it installed, either one. He might know more about it.

I agree though. That grille is hot!
