No I'm registered in Texas so I can just go to a county and get a sticker where they don't do emissions testing

Will 13, just make sure you stay away from Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston and a few others.

Have you looked at Bullet Proof Deisel's EGRs? They buy failed ones and rebuild them to what they should have been to start with. Have not heard on one of theirs failing. Gets rid of the nanny state problems as well.

My buddy in Washington has an '08 with an aftermarket exhaust and no DPF. He has some chip in it (don't remember which one) and he hasn't had any problems so far. He bought it set up the way a couple years ago from a lot in Spokane.
