Fog Lights-These were a breese, mine was an early 1999 so there was no factory wiring harness, but I have heard some people say that their truck had it. (later models) As for a switch... I just bought a small toggle switch and wired it up with a relay through the parking lights so when ever the park lights are on the fog lights are on, unless I want to switch them off with the toggle.
Cab lights- These were easier than I expected, I did them in two hours with very little help from my dad. All he had to do was hold the tape measure. I bought my lights off ebay, they were the universal style with led lights. I bought the wiring harness from ford for $32.00 which made the install a breeze.
