I thought it was hilarious!!! Of course it could have been pretty dangerous if the water had been deeper. He came up laughing and said the water was filthy, plus the firemen that he had just spoken to also came back to check on him and were laughing.

CBS's Dave Price also got wet.. we was standing on the beach below the sea-wall during one break, and got hit with a wave that broke as tall as he is..
next break, he's standing on the stairwell from grade level to the beach.. gets hit with another wave and damn near got washed into Galveston Bay...
third break he's standing above the seawall...
