Help Needed Gem Module for 2000 F350

I am in need of some help. I have lost my power windows because the GEM module has gone bad. Unfortunately nobody is making them at this point. Does anybody no where I can find one or a dealer that may still have one. The part number is F81Z-14B205-EE. I hope I can find one before something else quits working. Will be happy for a used one possiably.
