Question Gauge sending wire placement through firewall on OBS

I've got all my gauges now. EGT, Boost,Oil Pressure, and Water Temp. My firewall is nothing but heatshield,so I can't see what's under it, and I can't really see way up under the dash, and a lot wires. Not like the good old days when you could drill anywhere, and not worry about hitting anything. I'd like to run them all through the same hole, using a grommet where the wires will go through. Where did all of you run your wires through the firewall?

What year is your rig? Auto or Manual Trans?

If it's an automatic drill a 3/4" hole through the black diamond shaped clutch plate. It's obvious once you open the hood. Mine is crammed with wires.
