depends on a lot but for round numbers - dont be surprised by 10-13 city and anywhere from 15-20 hwy. new ulsd fuel is reputed to lower mileage too.

4x4 or 2x4?
manual or auto?
3:55 gears or 4:10's?
Do you drive with a heavy foot or like Grandma Smith?

Alot of factors go into it.

You can expect 24 mpg, but youre gonna get 16 prolly.

6" lift rolling on 35's, since its a F250 I'll assume 3:55 gears. You'll be lucky to see 16 with it, probably a little lower than that in town.

Hello and welcome to a great sd site !! i have 96 f-250 7.3l . my mileage for the most recent trip (Northwestern WA to Hood River OR and Mt. Rainier area) I pull a 25 ft Alumascape 5k, was 14-15 mpg up and back, ( i-5 60-65 mpg avg) after parking tt, 17-18 mph just poking around the country side. ( 35-45 mph avg),, my only change was turboback 4" exhaust and tymar cold air in take.. that changed my mpg for the best,, CHEERS Dante59.

I'm getting 14-16 depending on which setting I'm on.you will find that matters very little. I"m pretty sure you'll love the truck!!

As said before alot of factors go into it.... One of which I dont think was recognized is winter blend (#1 Diesel) fuel. This will drop your milage 1-2 mpg while you are using it... I can see 16 in the summer (average city/hw), and in the winter w/ the crappy fuel, and hubs locked, 12-13.

Take the truck, you wont be sorry you did:sweet
