If you haven't been, you might wana consider running 2 cycle oil @ 8 oz, to 16 gallons. The 7.3's, being older diesel engines.. seem to run better & quieter, with the lubrication the 2 cycle oil provides..... that #2 ULSC diesel doesn't.
I've used it religiously now, for 3-4 years. Good Stuff
