fuse blown

Hi everyone. I have a dilemma. I've got a 02 f-550. The fuse 22 blew. I is for the engine management. I put another one in & it blew as soon as I turned the key on. I cannot pull codes because of htis. Then this morning I put another fuse in & it didn't blow. I pulled no codes out of the computer. I was wondering if the computer is the problem. Any help please?

update : I found the problem. The wiring to the ipr was rubbing against the engine lifting bracket.
