If your 07 is the old style with the 6.0 PSD, then it is no different than the 06 6.0 PSD, except for the born on date. If it is the old diesel fuel, then you won't be able to use it in the new 6.4 engine...Am I right guys...?

Oh, and if it's CA approved, then that means...nothing, except maybe you need to "cage that kitty" like the rest of us...:sly

Course I'm a nu-b, so listen at your own risk!

yes, that is right. The 15 ppm diesel (Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel) is only for the new 6.4L engines that are in the new 08 model. Your 07 has the 6.0 engine and can take the 500 ppm Low Sulphur Diesel.

Not only for the the new 6.4 we will all be sipping on the crap pretty soon. The sticker implies you can not use that fuel in the 6.4 for it is not down to 15ppm--YET!!!

So I guess that means you need to get a couple thousand gallon storage tank and buy as much of it as you can use now, before they go to the new stuff! Where are they still sellin it? Maybe I'll have to plan a trip.

Let's see, if I can haul 3,000 lbs, and diesel should be bout 5 lbs/gal, I need to get a 600 gallon tank to put in the back of my truck before I make the trip...:sly

Diesel actually weighs closer to 7lbs./a gallon big brother, it's like 6.67, just so you know ;) .

I am pretty sure most fueling stations have already converted and running the new stuff and either they have not been tested or its being flushed out of the system still.
