FUEL Shortage

I watched a show on TLC, HISTORY, DISCOVERY or one of those last year about China. They are in some sort of industrial boom right now. They lead the world in polution and do not care about sort of thing. The communist government has taken over most all fuel sources and are leabing people to heat their homes with diesel. They incourage if I recall from the show. They are the worlds largest user of diesel, and are driving up the prices all by themselves. This is what I remember gathering from a show I watched last year and I may be mistaken, buts its what I recall. Bryan
