rooster and i arranged for it to go on his truck.

:D Regulator's still working great! I've put about 15,000 miles on it.

I was shimmed before doing my own regulated return. With the stock regulator, my fuel pressure would drop 10psi at WOT. After doing my own fuel system it's rock solid 70ish no matter what program I'm in.:D Throttle response is better too along with a quieter smoother engine. If you want to do your own, there's a article on it in the WIKI.:sweet

Hey Robert,

What were the return fuel temps on you rig again? On the way back from OKC I was getting close to 3/8ths of a tank and temps got up to 175 degrees bucking a headwind at 75mph. In town they barely get to 150 with more than half tank of fuel.-popcorn

I may have hit 180, 190, 200 a time or two  pulling hard and set on 80hp load, zoom zoom zoom but only on cool down not sustained
175 is not problem. plus with the b60 it probably helps keep it all mixed good
i think my norms were in the 130 -150 ish range i think, I have slept since then :D :D
what did you get with b100??

i used it with egts to act like a poor mans cycl temp probe, so you could see how hard you were working her,
it cools prety quick on its trip back to the tank.

The same, though I have noticed when my Racor pre-pump is reading 10"/hg or more of restriction the temps are warmer. My guess the pump is working harder.:dunno

Robert, Antonio, Tbar (and anyone else),

I've been undecided on my next step, maybee you guys can give me some input. Here is what I've been thinking about next:

1) Have Jon Faubion build up my tranny some. (I have his VB & a PI Torque converter)

2) Non EBPV Turbo Pedestal

3) regulated fuel return

What order do you think I should do these mods?:dunno I don't have a clue. The tranny work will run about $1500, ITP Reg Fuel about $500, turbo pedestal $150. Just worried about the drive train pulling my 10,000 lb 5'er cross country.

Do the regulated return first.:sweet If you already have a VB and TC then I would think the tranny is pretty good for now(remember this is coming from a 6spd guy.:dunno ) Is your EBPV rod just hanging there? I just modified my pedistal, very easy, look in the technical articels in the EBPV gutting article for step by step instructions.

Thanks Antonio,

My EBPV rod is hanging there, oil started to leak from it @ 2 months ago so I had to goop it up with some JB weld. Solved the problem, I just wanted to put the pedestal on sooner or later.
