Fuel Milage

I have a superchip tunner on my 99 f250 with 130k mil. and i was wondering some cheep, and i mean cheap ways to get better fuel milage on it? Also, what is the best setting to put my programer at to get the best milage, tow safe, performance mode...?

cheapest way it to keep you foot out of it lol....i know i have a hard time with it too.
