Fuel in Water!!!

i have a 99 ps with 180 k. Just started running like crap and a strong smell of fuel from the motor compartment. I pulled off my water cap and i have fuel getting in my water system! The truck runs like it has a dead hole. i am going to plug it in to a scanner on monday. has anyone ever had this happen and what was it?

I have never heard of fuel in the water and or antifreeze. I have heard of anifreeze in the oil meaning a head gasket.

the only water i kno in fuel iz the water/fuel seperator...!!!

Leaky injector sleeves will cause this.
