Does anyone have the part number for the Fleet Guard fuel filters for the 6.0? That is the brand that the International part shop carries here. By the way, how often should it be changed? Do you just wait for sluggish throttle response or change it after a certain amount of miles on it?

Ford/International part # reference

I change both fuel filters at every 2nd oil change. (Roughly 12k miles)

Edit: If you're going to Carolina International off of exit 199B (beside the CAT place), just tell them you want the filter for a VT365. They were able to get me one with that info.

NO, please do not wait that long (although many do). Low fuel pressure will destroy these delicate injectors in a hurry. It really depends on how clean your fuel is, but too often changed is gonna be a whole lot better and CHEAPER than not often enough. ;)
