i got you all beat.
i take it into my buddys shop, hoist her up and let his wrench monkeys do it. they got all the nice funnels, drain catch pans etc. and let them get dirty. when done, i supply the filters and $10 for beer

p.s. all done w/ my supervision of course. that way i don't smell:sweet

I use a plastic folgers coffee can. It has a great handle that allows me to hold it up while I remove the drain plug. I have yet to spill anything.
