Help Needed Fuel cut out

Hey guys, I just bought a used e350 SD van to tow with. It's a 2005 6.0l with the 5 speed and just turned 50k. We have had it just a couple of days, and it just started cutting out on me at idle a few min ago. The tank was about of an 1/8 full (but the fuel light was not on), and I had just whipped around a corner. I filled it up with 27 gallons, but it has continued to cut out every once in a while.
Any ideas? I was thinking I had maybe sucked up some dirt or water, but it had to have a couple of gallons left. I am familiar with diesels but not with the Ford.

try replacing the fuel filters, 6.0L can be fussy sometimes....

its possible to suck air with low fuel and a hard turn the way the fuel pickup is made look up huch mod I think thats what its called. but does sound like you picked up air heres a link but its for a 7.3 I dont know if 6.0 tank is different

Thanks Guys, it sounds like the issue was normal use and I should make sure I don't let the fuel go down that low and whip around. I'll replace the filters just in case and wait to see if it keeps doing it before I start taking the tank apart.
