New truck, two times so far I've run it to under 50 miles to empty according to computer. Takes less than 27 gallons. Spec sheet calls for a 34 gallon tank.

Is there a "hutch mod" for this newer tank? Sorry for my ignorance, been driving an '02 for a very long time and just upgraded. 3,000 miles in the last 3 weeks. Runs pretty nice! I'm spoiled already but I miss that diesel smell...

My 2018 F-250 diesel has a 34 gallon tank but showed only 18 miles to empty. Would only take 28.4 gallons of fuel. Anyone know what the TSB is for this issue?

Check your DTE calculator. It might be set for towing. Also consider Ford isn't going to have you run out of fuel at 0 miles. There's a cushion built in. I've ran mine down to 0 miles a couple times and it didn't take 26 gallons to fill it up.
My 2018 F250 has a 6.75’ bed and a standard 34 gallon tank.
And you have a different frame/body design than my 2015. Not really apples to apples.
