UPDATE to the FS-Install...

I received some new stuff today. And it appears to worth the wait. Filtration Solutions came up with a new method of feeding the return oil back to the 6.0 - It's an adapter that threads into the same hole as the oil filler tube (& the filler tube threads into the adapter). In typical FS fashion this is another over engineered part. It weighs 15 oZ, has 3 possible inlets for the oil and the walls are about 3/8" thick. I'll install in the morning and post more pics.

The benefits I see are:
1. no more oil line and elbow under the oil pan
2. no oilguard type return attached to the filler cap
3. no more removing a hose fitting to drain oil
4. raises the fill neck 2 inches, easier to fill
5. I get my fumoto valve back :thumbs

Only negative I can think of is 113$ for the part and new line. I have no clue if this is included with the latest 6.0 kits? or if it's optional. Guess I bought mine too soon.

Here's the updated pics. I feel better already getting rid of the return to the pan line.

Update...

If anyone is interseted. I have had the FS2500 for 60K now and have 9 Oil analysis available for viewing. OA for FS-2500 . I stopped keeping track of the cost difference (with/ without FS) I just don't care about cost and like the added protection.
