That waterfall is natural. Want to see a waste of money then check out these 150 foot tall towers. it takes over $1500 a month just in electricity to run the water pumps.
If you want to read more about this nut check out The Alaska Alpine Club. I drive by those towers several times a week. Last year he made one and it ended up falling right next to the highway. This year the state made him move them farther from the road and now he is worried that they are going to fall on a strange looking dome he built last summer. There are all kinds of nuts up here, this one made his money the old fashioned way...He sued for it
