Question front locking hubs

Which way am I supposed to turn the hubs to unlock them? There is no more writing on them. I went by the owners manual and thought they were unlocked. I went to a local tire shop for a brake inspection and was told they were locked in. Please help as I am stumped on this.

On mine, just checked, turn to the right to lock. I belive the owners manual is wrong as I remember looking at it and seeing what it said on the hubs and its was backwards.

OOOPS!! sorry about that. clockwise to lock and counter clockwise to unlock.
