Front end issues

Im pretty sure that I have all the original parts on the front end of my truck. I have all kinds of thumps, rattles and clunks while going down the road. What steering parts, suspension parts, and bushing kits would you guys recommend to get this old girl tight again? Thanks

I have put new Moog u-joints in mine and new hubs. Tightened my steering box also. Still getting a clunk. Shocks are new and tight. I figure it is the leaf spring bushings. I have an entire Energy Suspension Poly kit for the truck I just need the time.......an asset I am at the poverty level on......

Just check the play on all the steering bearing/bushings with the help of a friend moving the steering wheel. They can be elusive for sure.

On my 03, its the Sway Bar end links.. the bushings on the sway bar and the end links are completely gone, I replaced the sway bar bushings, and will replace the end links when I put my lift on. I couldnt figure mine out, but they looked rough, so I unhooked the links, and drove it.. No rattles at all!

first thinks first, jack up the front end, put it on stands..
then get under there and start wiggling, pulling & prying on everything to figure out what's loose..
