Question Front end conversion?

Is it possible to put in front end from a 2005 F350 on a 2003 F350? I've seen one on youtube that has one but it doesn't have any details.

Yes it is. To install the grill and headlights you need to change the header panel. The '05 lights are different and the grill has 5 clips across the bottom instead of the four that the '03 grill has. I'm in the process of doing something similar on my'03, but I like my all chrome bumper better than the '05 with the painted panel across the top. I'm just gonna cut my header panel to get the '05-'07 headlights to fit and get a billet grill. They do make some '05 grilles that are cut down to fit right on the '03 but you have to ziptie the bottom to hold it in place.
