FYI FPR shiming

It is a good idea to inspect your regulator cap (spring cage) before reinstalling it if you do an FPR shim..

found this out the hard way yesterday..

luckily, there is a Motorcraft number for the cap, so you can get it from Ford, Motorcraft or IHC/Navistar...

Ya, and don't overtighten the two little torx bolts. Doin't ask me how i and a buddy now know!
