Navistar has a high torque setting of 250hp and 620ft. lbs that is set at 72psi. Setting the fuel pump issue aside, my dealer here said the bore clearance around injector is the same between the oil rail and the fuel rail. The oil rail sustains up to 3000psi. I called GDS the other day and was told there is more HP up to 95psi. I guess if there was only one way to get there we wouldn't have forum groups. Like I said, I ran mine from 30psi to 130psi. The old butt dyno felt and the ears heard the benifit of the higher pressure.

Had another nightmare, I bought a new FPR cap from DI. This one replaces the factory cap and has a 1/8 npt port. I got a reg. from a rice rocket site in a kit with gauge and mounting bracket. This is the way it should be done. Smooth adjustment to any pressure you choose. The gauge on the reg. goes to 140psi and yes I had to find out. It will peg the gauge at 140psi!! I also found out from my first test run that the engine will start with 15psi.
